Choose the required action
You decide what should happen with an open advisory. Open the advisory with Details and tick one box.
One click saves your choice. There is no Save button, and the page returns to the same list with that advisory still open.
The four choices

| Fix as soon as possible | ➜ Fix now | Please fix this as soon as you can. |
| Fix in the next maintenance window | ➜ Next maintenance window | Fix it, but in a planned window. |
| Accept the risk, no action | ➜ Risk accepted | Your company accepts the risk. |
| Need more information | ➜ More information requested | You need more from us before deciding. |
Once chosen, the tag shows on the collapsed advisory, so everyone in your company can see the decision at a glance.
Good to know
- Only one box counts. Ticking another box replaces your choice. Earlier choices stay in the history.
- Everyone in your company sees the choice, with the name of the person who made it.
- We are notified straight away.
- Add a comment on the full page. Click Open advisory, write your comment, then tick the box. This is useful with Need more information, to say what you need.
